I said goodbye to sluggish mornings the moment I started following this formula. This is the number one thing I used to struggle with- except I never realized I did. I used to think I had to have a giant breakfast because health professionals stated so. I would try and fill myself up on big bowls even if I wasn’t actually craving it.. or load my smoothie with different fruits because that’s what I thought was “healthy.” Then, I’d sit in a food slump all morning not wanting to be all that productive. Having a fab four smoothie combo is just light enough but filling so I know I can boost my energy and brain power to be productive all morning.

The worst part: it will lead to sugar spikes, crashes, increased sugar cravings, headaches, and hunger.
