The Cookbook to Give This Holiday Season

If you’re familiar with Tieghan from Half Baked Harvest, you know just how carefully handcrafted each and every one of her recipes are. It’s inspiring really to see such creativity in the blogging space. Her style is unlike any other and the creativity she demonstrates is out of this world. I found Tieghan on Pinterest when searching for fall comfort recipes. She masters the fall cuisine with recipes such as Pumpkin Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies, Prosciutto Apple and Sage Butter Chicken with Cider Pan Sauce (my personal favorite), Healthier Instant Pot Coq au Vin, and so much more.

Tieghan recently released her second cookbook, Half Baked Harvest: Super Simple and has already reached #2 on the New York Times Best Sellers list. The cookbook is chalked up with her simplest recipes for instant, overnight, meal-prepped, and easy comfort foods never before published on the blog. A couple I’ve already made out of the book: Cacio E Pepe Brussel Sprouts and the sweet potato mash from the Pomegranate-Braised Short Ribs with Sweet Potato Mash recipe (incredible). I’ll be adding both to our holiday menu this year!

Not only does she create aspiring mouthwatering recipes, the photography and food styling is done by Tieghan herself and is nothing short of gorgeous. Grab the book here and give as the perfect gift this holiday season!
