Quiz: Which Fun Workout Should You Try Next Month?
*Scroll on to take the quiz!

Truth be told: I miss the 5 am wake-up calls, b-lining to the quaint yoga studio near my house, completing a sweaty yoga-session (mask less) and “grabbing an iced almond milk latte on the way home type of routine.” Sure our small guest bedroom (about to turn nursery) is great for throwing down a mat, or hopping on the treadmill. But staying home this long has me craving those early morning hours. The times when I step out to get a blast of cold fresh air, or actually get the chance to put on my favorite pair of Alo Yoga pants. (Instead of reaching for the first dingy t-shirt I lay my hands on).
Although I don’t know when we’ll get the chance to head to our favorite studios again. I do know one thing, and that is this: keeping our health in check is important now more than ever. In 2020, I made it a big priority to try different things for both my physical and mental health. Between streaming a booty-burning Barre class, jogging more, and even going for that upbeat dance cardio circuit (it’s true!) I challenged myself to try new things.
During pregnancy, I’ve loved streaming the Alo Moves app (Emily Sferra is my fave). But as soon as February hits, I’m taking the plunge towards something new again- which can also accommodate this growing bump. Are you looking to try a fun new workout in February? Here’s a short just-for-fun quiz that can help steer you in the right direction.. once you get your results scroll on to read all about the workout you got!
Obé Fitness

You’ve probably seen this buzz-worthy app all over social media lately- known for it’s emphasis on fun and funky. If you want a workout that will boost endorphins, rid any fitness ruts, and get you out of that comfort zone- Obé is the place to be. Plus, when signing up for a free-trial, the app tailors to your exact preferences and and any goals you may have.
Peloton App

Don’t be fooled: to get going with this app you definitely don’t need a bike or treadmill in your home (although it may be worth your while!) The Peloton app still streams 10+ different types of workouts to accommodate your preferences. Between strength, cardio, bootcamp, prenatal, stretching, and even meditation, you’ll definitely find your stride here.
Barre3

Barre3 is the best place to be if you’re missing that in-studio community you once had. Full of positive energy, low-impact strength and endurance exercises, you’re muscles will definitely be burning at the end. (But don’t worry there’s plenty of modifications at your choosing!)
Melissa Wood Health
MWH creates sculpting, low-impact workouts to form “beautiful long lean lines throughout your entire body.” Without pushing yourself to the max through intense cardio, or lifting heavy weights, her workouts are designed to build strength and a better relationship with yourself. Bonus: you’ll want to snag all of her super-chic attire.
